Nothing is good in this company wrost company to work. No team synergy. Every one wanr to save his job. AEM do not perform their work and put blame on sales team.

Unrealistic and unreasonable sales target. Reputation of company is bad among schools. Company claims false academic results. They hire you and give you good package because of client lists and contacts. After that you will spoil relations with your contacts once you sell lead solutions to these schools. So end of the day it's your loss

Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people.
