In my experience at LCS CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED, there is no pressure on work.

The main thing is there are not ready to provide enough salary to you. Then appraisal and incentive are based on company annual profit and loss. In case they get a profit, that was not meant to mean you were going to get the best appraisal 😜.
