There is absolutely nothing to like about this school, hence would start by the truth .First of all , it's "naam bade , darshan chhote" kinda school, I worked there as a TGT Science, and working there I realised about the internal politics they have. The administrative head lady( won't be disclosing her name) is a demon in the form of a lady, always jealous, no skills, nothing , they would literally micromanage the new faculty . In fact the administrative head would literally target me being a new faculty and would burden me extra work load in the form of evening classes. These people have no professionalism at all, rather all they want to do is gossip about each other and put other teachers down. The worst thing is , children are not getting justice as per the amount of fee they are paying to the institution, rather most of them are being fooled. They do not have well equipped labs which is one major drawback I feel. Overall had a very pathetic experience there working for one academic year. Took a toll on my mental health. I'm glad that I left that institute and currently am working as a TGT Science in one of Banglore's most reputed schools. P.S-If you really care for your child , take my advice and send your child to a better school in Bilaspur than LCITPS...Read More

Everything was disliked by me right from my initial days of working there. No professionalism at all , be it the PRINCIPAL or the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. This lady (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER) was a pain to everyone , she would literally try to peep into personal lives of the faculty. Worst ever experience being a teacher.

As already mentioned it's a new school, the work pressure is very high. I have to work 8 hours at school and 2 hrs at the hostel , total 10 hrs of duty.

I teach science for the primary classes I.e., class 3 to 5 and believe me teaching small kids is much more difficult than dealing with the grown up students.At the end of the day I sometimes feel frustrated .
