Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am a very happy being a part of lbf but salary is not good although there's a huge incentive which you can't get in any other organization and this incentive forgets your less salary imagination
