I was associated with Lawsikho for 2 years. Cons: 1. They take college students and make them do lot of work with very little money. 2. There is no mentorship culture or training. So freshers have to learn everything by their own. 3. Company policies are unfair and not uniform. Employees have no paid leaves. 4. Time is recorded on screen and this hampers productivity. 5. They sell hopes of promotion and hikes but there are very few hikes for the amount of work they make us do. 6. Company treats employees very badly. 7.
