Only benefit was getting comp offs for working on weekends, which again we had to take according to manager's wish

Poor management, instead of delegation of work ,our manager used to call and rush the works over weekends which resulted in poor work product and bad review for the resources. Without projects the manager used to micromanager everything and ruin every one working there hampering state o f mind. No growth emphasis was given to the resources....Read More

LIO is very much employee centric, the company conduct wellbeing survey frequently. Even during pandemic LIO gave each employee a good amount of hike.

Dislikes

If you read all the reviews, you will get to know that employee does not have any problem with the company. it's very clear that the problem is in the department (Who Manage) itself. "Employees don't leave companies, they leave managers" this quote is appropriate for MDR India . LIO trust their manager blindly but the manager of M DR is always take this as advantages<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. LIO does not believe in micromanagement but sadly MDR India is the den of micromanagement </mark>. During project hours, resources do not get minimum break for lunch or dinner. sometimes, employees discuss that they are in stone age, where minimum support is not available. Though company always do the survey, but resources are so much scared of getting fired for reveling the truth. i suggest, please do a survey by pen and paper , where everyone can write what the feel by hiding their name.....Read More
