Lava is best company in terms of all matters, because there is policy and process are neat and clean. and also beneficial to all lava members. I'm always feel proud as part of lava. and I can't never forget to Lava. Lava it's really to good for me and others all.

Lava International is a great company with few unprofessional uneducated Managers who are in bread butter and wasting morale of the organization

Product Line Up Too much Process and Policies for a new bee Few Managers are just good to nothing only wasting company morale and misusing values of organisation . Basically LAVA is a company of Empowerment but they use it as their paternal property and wasting Lava Time and Money
