Increasing number of units and blocks for the growth of higher designation employees & outsiders but load is increasing to the plant employees. Caste politics and grads, retaliation on associate levels by executives and managers especially Unit-4. Company manager is very good and will respect each individual employee. We can balance our personal life , as corporate has 2nd and 4th Saturday half. We will be appreciated good and best in appraisal.
