I have been working with LB from past 6months and so far experience is good. It is a fast growing company, as a result, there is a lot of opportunities to learn and upgrade yourself with new skills everyday. Management and other team members are also so supportive, hence work culture is nice and healthy.

Dislikes

1.Roles and responsibilities should be limit and structured so that everyone will get atleast some free time to explore on new things 2.HR should arrange sometime play,outing or other activities for employees to give them chance to interact with each other other than just spending time only on work to make work environment more healthy and stressless.

I am working as customer sucess manager with LB. My primarily role is to bring new business for company as a part of sales team.I am also involved in various stages of sales cycle process for new client acquistion as well as building pipeline

Nothing.You will hate every day working for Latent bridge

Dislikes

No leaves for 6 months.LOP if taken a sick leave.This is a typical consultancy where the send you on contract to other companies,only difference is that this is permanent work from home and clients are pathetic.Salary will be credited only if the client decides to pay.It is as good as working as a freelancer.No relieving letter.No IT support.Nobody will solve laptop related issues.HR team is there for namesake.Mainly UK projects.UK people treat you like cheap labours and are very conservative.You will regret working here.If you have another option please dont join this company....Read More

Dislikes

I really enjoy learning and working here. But sometimes having a small team has its downsides too, but at the same time I look at it as an opportunity to grow. So its a bitter-sweet thing, ranging more on the sweeter note of it.
