There is no work life balance. Should work atleast 11 hours a day and including weekends. There is a lot of politics that too in between manager are more.

The only thing I do feel with my 6 years of experience. People will say "Bhai tu to L&t mai hai bhai bahut badi company hai" lakho salary hogi teri" but No body know the truth that L&t is all about politics and games. But the salary is good here. You will get good package further in other company.

Terrible timing (12-14hrs) No proper job description No teamwork No comp off for working on Sundays No much growth No appreciation at all Your performance go unnoticed at they prefer giving higher rating to Engineers than Service dept. like(Accounts, Store & IR) HR is absent, never responds positively.
