Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Dislikes

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

I am working here from october 2020.Recently i am engaging into 76mtr Bolted Bow String girder(QA/QC Activities of Fabrication & Erection, Execution) kalyani Bansberia. I have successfully handled the project documentation for mechanical part and also successfully completed different projects under the guidance of Senior Quality Manager.

Dislikes

Even after dedication of job completion of last two projects with tremendous effort in quality, safety and invoice of the project. Till now there is no confirmation from departmental staff to permanent employee.

People are judging by old ratings and current ratings are given based on your last 3 months works during appraisal. There is no power for service department like quality,plant and machinery,safety,MEP. Transfer are mostly forcefully and at distant from you home city/state. Leave is not as per your convenience it's depends on your ISmood but leave is mandatory as per company rule. Working hour is 12 hours by mouth actually it's always more than that and Sunday is working day. You can take leave on other's day but Sunday is mandatory as the Project Manager thought the best productivity comes on Sunday only. Who will show work on Sunday and late night will get promotion easily....Read More
