Nothing. Managers are quite understandable and supportive.

Dislikes

HR is the worst. Many micromanagement aspects. No proper resolutions for any general issues faced. Some components of the salary shall be kept on hold, without informing. Variable Pay paypout is very much complicated and one may not receive the promised amount as per the CTC. Leaves are given like ration. 2 leaves shall be credited after every 21 working days.

It pays good. The job security is good here. The L&D wing does an awesome job.

Dislikes

The work pressure is huge (at-least for my unit) where you are expected to work 12 hours or more at least for level 4 and above. If you want to climb up the ladder, you need to give ip your personal life and be workoholic.
