Job security - Good

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Project site have 12+hrs working with 6 weeks a day. Project managers do not allow leaves to be taken. Low transferable skills and poor learning experience. ( basically the work of a telephone operator) Apprisals depends on relationship with manager
