It's a amazing I am 2nd party worked in L&T but all senior are very good in transmission line I love her all staff but some senior supervisor behaviour are not so good it's a over smart but maneger and DGM all are very good he support all staff all are equal.

In EHS dept so many experience staff founded and company have own safety related materials and for the Learning purpose Lnt is the best example of career growth.

Dislikes

Combination of all dept, no one care about dept workmen future after completion of one project.

i was work as a safety inspector in Lnt under the Shell client location there is so many checklist and permits system was followed by Lnt and other lnt sub contractors.
