Some top TFL Staff member not support to l&t staff and taken bribe from client this type of incidents happened with me.we have given all clarification and have been found self neat & clean even some TFL Staff member has try to dismissed / terminate me from organization on putting wrong statement behalf me in our HQ it has been totally wrong with me.

To much Working hours, MNC company but working on Saturday it's biggest disaster, They are following cadre system it's look like jativadi in MNC company, No flexibility in punching system, everything we have to pay like health insurance, both PF and term plan.

No work satisfaction. L and T taking candidates for clients and they are not disclose any type of information about contract between client and L and T. Contract is for only 6 months after that they are moving to bench. Appraisal they are providing only 0.7-1.2% which is equal to nothing. 1. Timely annual increment but very low compared to Market standards. 2. Good security is very high.

1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky. Cannot take more than 4 days off from office even holiday or weekly off comes in between....Read More

Facilities like Cab and food for people working in shifts is great. Free coupons to take certifications is very useful and amazing

Appraisals were given very late and were even not great. No/late bonus at times. Management could be better.
