Lack of system and processes for carrying out work, No defined roles and responsibilities. Lack of planning of work. Excessively centralised organisation culture. Lack of basic amenities like water , toilet at many site locations. Lack of useful training and certification opportunities.

It’s a terrible workplace. There’s no respect for the individual. The place treats people like use and throw assets. There’s no useful training and certification opportunities available for engineers and managers. It’s a low productivity workplace

Good Business ethics and working environment and facilities such as medical cultural Gym Sports which makes employee at much comfort level

Recognition. Generally front end people are recognized by management. But there is lot of efforts put by backend people for completion of project and credit goes to front end people and you remain always at bottom of bell curve even though you have put all your sincere work and you feel like a small fish in ocean of people working in organization. Not to mention people if they are leaving the organization or low rated are much depend upon the relationship with superiors but many times superior do not know the employee since they are working at remote sites or overseas projects with less personnel interaction and thus left behind....Read More

Work Details

Good. Even though I was posted for overseas project for about 8 years away from my family. The facilities such as accommodation,cleaniness, medical, transport, food etc. we're excellent. Hence employee is at much comfortable position.
