Work life balance is not there HR management is very poor they will not respond to anything no job security when i resigned they terminated me after 49 days and did not provided the basic pay of the remaining days i called HR for help but they itself decided everything. My team was very toxic and full of politics when i raised my concern they thrown me out from the organisation even after giving all the efforts and work on time my reviews was very bad i still dont know the reason....Read More

I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?
