1.No standard projects I.e., very short duration projects, 2.Very difficult to get response from HRs, 3.Non employe friendly policies to claim any bills, 4.No cab facility, 5.No worklife balance,officially 9.30hrs we have to work and if needed we have to work on weekends.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.

In the name of flexible working hours, employees are working for 12-14 hours most of the days. No work life balance Managers set unrealistic deadline for project. Partiality is done by managers on assigning work - some are loaded with over work, some are free to roam

Management made good system for work life balance. But your manager will see like u did crime if you ask for a leave... So many hidden things in salary... U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...

If you married person, so difficult for managed family life and work balance. No specific work timing for site office. PT&D IC always having remote location projects. So very difficult to reach home town during emergency.
