No growth opportunities, variable compensation is designed in such a manner that no 1 can get full 100%, company can grow at very high pace but employees are labour only for the entire group ... if top management is not happy top seniors can be fired over night

Compony has two units One in Jigani and one in Pillukhedi,Rajgarh-Bhopal Highway, work culture at both plant is very much different with each other ,Jigani (Ho) Management Oriented ,Culture is good,Job security is good ,Training,Career oportunity, work life balance is all good but its reversal for Pillukhedi Unit,One man show you need to be in good term woth Local management.

Dislikes

You need to be in Good term woth Local Management,One man show,Toxic work environment,Leg Pulling culture only , People are doing pollitics more than working.Favroutism, No one litsen to your Issues,HR also involve in Politics only

Work Details

Work Life is pathetic five day working after sucking daily blood for 12 hours ,Long traveling as plant is far from nearby city.
