Busy of work Knowing automobile mechanism is little bit, good management, good working environment, 100% they friendly realtionship with Co worker's, and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Employee benefits are very minimal

Work Details

Selling of car is enjoyable to me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
