Team mates are excellent Training is nil Job security is like if you will not leave group, ultimately group will never leave you ! Maybe one can get transfer even if they are not comfortable ! Career growth seems difficult without training ! Appraisals are average ! Travel facilities are good enough for those who works for company.No idea about politics ! Learning can't possible if your teammates are also blank ! No other sources are available other then teammates ! Yes you are lucky if you get experienced team mates ! Work environment becomes furious sometimes because of software queries & less man power or less mgt. Regular working process requires analysis, discussion & CONCLUSIONS (MOST IMPORTANT)......So actually no time for any kind of innovation & empoyees seeks encouragement & guidance for regular day to day work.
