1. This feedback is for Data Labs (Analytics team), which is a LOB in Landmark and is a start up (4+ years old) 2. Handled by 1/2 people overall and other don't have a say neither the HR 3. They NEVER invests in you and your skills but will just latch on your existing skills 4. Their insurance policy really outdated and sucks, whichcompanies used to have 10years ago, e.g room rent limit at each level 5. Everything is ambiguous there and no clarity at any level. Work culture sucks. Few managers are reckless and inhumane. Few Male managers and top-level executives don't have any respect towards female employees, not even towards the top-level female managers. These people here breathe politics here. They live and die in the ocean of politics. They are not transparent with the promotions, andterminations. One manager (Khinit Mahajan - Name Changed) is one of the worst parasites that DLL - Landmark group has in its office. He doesn't know how to respect the team, extremely selfish.
