Work life balance, More leaves (10ELs + 10 carry forward sick leaves + 10 Cls + 1 week blocker) 1 week blocker means 5 days continues leave to spend with your family on vacation, this is must apply leave to maintain life balance provided by Landis gyr. Good Work life balance, very polite good work culture, flexibel work hours, Friendly mannagers. New technologies to learn. More freedom to work. Very rich Office environment. Quite interesting troubled at the beginning of the job but once you leart about work you can work on the multiple areas of the project which will help to gain your knowledge

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
