Rigid mindset like not to adopt other peer companies HR policies. It's been two decades now, same working days policy in place. It is high time now that company should change it just by giving 4th Saturday off at least..This will help to recruit and retain better task force from the Metro cities where most of the companies having all Saturday and Sunday off.

Good organization for a stable job with slow Salary growth but secure position but doesn't have proper work life balance as Saturday also working.

Saturday working is hectic.All India Saturday Sunday not working but not in lambda.Strict rules like no food in seating area only one time eating allowed during lunch that too in the basement.
