Rigid mindset like not to adopt other peer companies HR policies. It's been two decades now, same working days policy in place. It is high time now that company should change it just by giving 4th Saturday off at least..This will help to recruit and retain better task force from the Metro cities where most of the companies having all Saturday and Sunday off.

You can be Team leader only if you butter your HOD, skillls doesn't count. After becoming TL, you can sleep in office hours and can stop working at all, still you will get your salary. I have been worked under the TL, who used to request juniors to drft emails on behalf of him. These are Likes -become TL without skills / experience -Can sleep in office if you are TLs.

Dislikes

Zero human life value. You have done masters in pharmacy, have more than a decade of experience, working hard, achieving KRA's and timelines, all these things doesn't matter, anyone from HR or Admin team can scold you at anytime for no reasons.
