I love fact that i am a part of Lamar Family. Yes definitely some gaps between me and my seniors about some matters, but apart from that i am very happy work and handling the subordinates entire rest of Maharashtra. I would like expand and develop the people in terms of value, those under working me.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, work pressure is also very low, commitment not fulfill yet.

Basically i have to handle the two SS i.e. Super Stockiest. As well as have to handle the 03 Managers and almost 15 MR. Managing the Vacant territories, selection the right peoples train to them and get business from assigned territory.
