The opportunity to work on multiple domains and problem statements on some cutting edge technology exists. In general, peers are friendly and supportive but this is getting ruined fast.

Absolutely no regards for performing and hard working individuals. You can be the very best technically putting in tremendous efforts but someone who just speaks and has cordial relationships with boss will be favoured. It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies
