Lam Research is really good company but Indian management is quite biased for certain sets of people. It might be perfect for those people/employe who(x) has referred the candidate (Y) to Lam And after that referred candidate(Y) becomes manager of “X”. Then the growth of “X” candidate will be exponential. Why it “X” candidate will be exponential growths read the above statement twice.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies

First drawback is "NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM", hiring lot of lateral entries and these new hires show case or market all the time after 6 months of joining, If you are not talkative than gone case you will be treated as slave all the time, No matter how much you are good at work you will be loaded with more work rather than giving hike tou, Salary compensation is the worst here new College graduates get more salary than you to whom you need to guide and train about the, especially from IITs Name sake core values, Worst work environment and culture, You should know marketing yourself here to survive and promotion New management made whole work culture like hell Pea nuts hike, No job security, secret lay-offs, Hire and fire police, Moto to survive here is "talk more,market,showcase, get work done by others and present"...Read More

Lot of partiality, people are not honest, they try to prove theirselves good to the managers so they will put you down easily. Even the managers are like that. They try to blame others whenever possible. Those who have long term in the company are safe, others will suffer
