Culture is generally good like : open door policy/approachable leaders , commitment and integrity , employee friendly. Pay and benefits also i guess above industry level for same year of experience and skill sets. Company also provide stock voluntary stock purchase program at 15% discount rates. If gas flow analysis ,chamber design ,reactor modelling , electrostatic chuck ,plasma physics and process chemistry is your favorite area and inclination then i guess it is best pace to work....Read More

1: More of process chemistry and plasma physics oriented industry, Jobs as ME is not so exciting or challenging compared to other industries mostly support role to Fremont engineers with very minor design changes. Mostly everything static here dynamics ,kinematics ,vibration ,multi body dynamics competencies are not there in general. 2: work life balance , there will be night meetings around 9 _11 pm range once or twice weekly....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
