The opportunity to work on multiple domains and problem statements on some cutting edge technology exists. In general, peers are friendly and supportive but this is getting ruined fast.

Absolutely no regards for performing and hard working individuals. You can be the very best technically putting in tremendous efforts but someone who just speaks and has cordial relationships with boss will be favoured. *It used to be a company with an excellent culture but was spoiled with new leadership. The new Supreme leader brought all his friends to the company and strategically made the head of each group so they could say yes to his decisions. *Leadership hired a lot of later hires quickly and spoiled the Lam culture. *There is no growth within the organization. They will make sure to hire an outsider for the senior position. The new hire will learn from mates and showcase as if he/she contributed. * Growth prospect is exceptional to boot lickers and get every year promotion. Happens only in Lam *The manager decides whom to offer RSU and not based on performance. * An experienced engineer's salary will be equal to a New college grad's salary. Instead of taking action, they will ask how we know fresher salaries which they post in college presentations. *If you work you will be overloaded with even more projects, instead, if you speak and speak, you will be crowned/promoted....Read More

Lam India is considered just a service provider to lam global sites. Work will be monotonous and scope of learning is very less. Its a great place to work if we don't expect for any challenging roles and responsibilities
