Training quality is not upto the mark , Since they have less resources they are trying to manage work which indirectly puts a lot of stress on All engineers , time to complete a given tasks are less , too many Adhoc requests which is not ideal. No planned approach , job is very unpredictable . Need to work most of the times even beyond shift hours

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies
