1. Absolute zero job security and very high attrition rate. Management randomly forces employees to resign. During joining, management makes you sign a bond for three years, that you can't leave. But management doesn't honour the same. In a tanure of one year, I have seen many such cases. 2. No work life balance. Due to lack of planning or bad planning, you have to work almost 24/7. 3. Very poor communication. Too many whatsapp groups create a lot of confusion and Management endorese the same. 4. Management is very impulsive. Doesn't have the patience to listen to the real issues.
