The training quotient was a little old school earlier, however the organization has taken innovative steps in terms of making it more systematic and streamlined with technology and has now got well defined processes in place for the same. I dnt find any issues so far and even if you do have any issues we can always reach out to the Team, Leads, or even the CEO itself directly and he will solve the same.

here if you are giving 100% then you will definitely get growth in your career. They are providing training and guidance on regular intervals. They recognize their employees best part and try to fill the gaps if they find in employees. Work culture especially for females is highly recommendable.

Sometimes they give priority to the one who is performing (that's obvious) but still may be because of some reason that employee is not able to perform now who were performer in back days.
