I've been in Lakme for 1.5 years. Over all its a good experience. Best thing about being in this company is my supervisor. Infact all the bosses are always available for their subordinates. Company is highly innovative in the field of beauty and wellness. They are launching best services to satisfy their clients. They offer high endproducts. Very sensible towards clients. Salary, compensation and benefits all up to the mark....Read More

Dislikes

Managerial training should be more frequent. Lengthy Working hours. For mid level managers there should be a better hire and fire policy. No flexible working hours.

Work Details

Indeed it's challenging. I've to interact with clients on daily basis. I've to understand their requirements and suggest the best available service for them. Have to manage all the upsale and cross sale opportunities. Brand and marketing management.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
