we got a support as much as they can provide.but as ritukumar such a big and famous brand its not accordingly that expections

Its only that they should prefer to choose inside staff for higher position instead of taking outer staff with higher salary.than its feel very bad who is alredy working in company for a years

It's been gr8 to working with such big designer brand.im working from last 3 year in a company but no growth after doing so much hard work.i feel bad that in front of me they send the new comer with a designation and the best I only have to give them a training.other wise the company is good
