I enjoyed working at La Net Team for two main reasons: the compensation was competitive, and I had some good colleagues.

I disliked working at La Net because the company culture often failed to recognize efforts, making me feel taken for granted. It seemed that they prioritized their clients' weekly or monthly paychecks over their employees' overall well-being and contributions.

I write this review not because I have issues with this company or I hate this company I am writing this review in order to warn the frshers not to get trapped in this scandal and not to waste your initial period of your career. For training they provide expired Udamy courses. As you see most of the reviews are 5 star but all 5 star reviews are paid pramotional reviews of employees working at organisation and they force employees to give good ratings. Highlighted points... 1. Ask for sign bond within 1 week of selection without any clarification and also they don't give any copy of bond. 2. Not providing any kind of documents like offer latter, even no salary slips provided if u ask says will give u when u leave job. 3. At the time of campus placement they assured to pay 10000 per month. But after the joining they say we will give you 6000 per month and remaining will be payable at end of 6 month but after 6 month hr not giving any amount and even not giving proper ans. They are only focus on work . Even they doing cost cutting in tea or coffee machine .. we have 400 + staff and they only spend 3k to 4k per month on tea or coffe ..
