Looking amazing on paper, terrible after joining.

Has no respect for work. Management don't care much about training, just expects you to work without any knowledge and blames you for mistakes that a fresher will most certainly make. No food available at office, no one cares about what is going on as long as the boat is floating even if it's half filled with water. By the time I left that miserable place, most of the managers left too, there is really no hope. Oh, don't fall for relocation compensation, it's just a trick to get new people in as everyone keeps leaving all the time. Worked here for 6m, saw more than 10 people leave after their first few days, it's really just the worst place to be as a fresher....Read More

Initial face of company , work culture was very good , but now no carrier opportunity in L3HARRIS so that people come for two three day , leave organization.mark and Harish was very good person , one person should be here like them to manage the office management

Dislikes

Management is not thinking about employees carrier, they did not provide more learning opportunity, company policies are very bad,no facilities provided by company
