Training program for new as well as lateral employee is very good. Particular dedicated system for document control. Nuclear Department: Monthly birthday celebration, project milestone celebration, Good expectations from new people.

Working culture needs major improvement basically it depends upon your supervisor. NO leaves during probation period (6 months).

-Get to learn a lot -If working at site all the living expenses are taken care by the company and you get allowance which you might not find worth it in a long term. -Reputed company will help you switch to get a better job

- Its really fun to work in the start at site but as you come to know more about the work, culture, politics, hours and abuse you will definitely start to second guess. - Almost 90% of the GET will leave this job before the end of their first year. The ones who are staying might have financial problems or have their home near-by. - There is shortage of staff because everyone one is leaving and nobody wants to work in this type of environment. -Way too much politics at everything. - If you are not from Gujarat or Maharashtra don't expect growth - No work life balance.You might be lucky if you even get to here these words. It's wake up at 6am get ready go to work. Come back at 9 pm eat and go back to bed because you are exhausted after working all day, cycle repeats. - No fixed timings. You might have to work a 24-30 hours non-stop if asked by your boss or forget your appraisal. - You might be stuck here but unable to process that you are working like a sheep because you don't get time to think about yourself, your life or a better career option. - Even if you reach to top level still there is no chance of changing you work conditions. Added work load but advantage being that now you get to abuse your subordinates. 👍 - Very toxic work environment openly abusive language and screaming.
