As work load is very high so one can lear things quickly in a short span of time.

Freshers are overburdened with work. Working Overtime is normal here. No one to help or support. No work life balance. No coordination among different dept. With less salary you be doing work of managers. If any employee resign you will be handed over there work also, replacement for that employee never joins. They will again hire GET again as replacement.
