Everything... Literally everything, The CMD makes us like his photos for political benefits on Instagram,fb and Twitter if anyone fails to do so he imposes penalty of 500rs. He literally abuses his employees on speaker k laat mar k nikaluga, chottey ho, even bhnc***. We are forced to work until we cry and it's October and we haven'treceived salary of July. The CMD gets respect from few chamachs bcz they want to grow in his company. Rest of the employees including their families literally curse him bcz he deserves this. Because if you join l n malviya then also you have to beg for your salary every month.two months delayed salary make you begger in your family and friends.
