Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. The Head Office management might be good, but the people acting as intermediaries between the HO and the site office are not working properly, which is giving L N Malviya Infra Pvt. Ltd. a bad reputation. Salaries are also delayed, which affects employees' concentration on their work.

It is better to pay the salary on time every month; otherwise, only one or two people will be working on the project, and even they might leave. What I dislike is that the coordinators are working well, but the managers above them are not doing their job properly. I sincerely request that action be taken against them.
