So overall work culture when is very much satisfactory with the colleagues , seniors and being very cooperative and helpful. There is nothing to dislike about the firm as mutual understanding is required always, all in all gives you a very good environment where you can learn a lot. Of Course pressure of performance is there in every stream but then that develops us , so not choosing an entity for just avoiding work pressure might not serve in favor of you.

L B Jha is undergoing a change right now. The new partners are great but need to settle down. The old partners are retiring one by one and it feels bad to see the people I used to go
