I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. L B Jha is undergoing a change right now. The new partners are great but need to settle down. The old partners are retiring one by one and it feels bad to see the people I used to go

There is nothing to dislike about the firm as mutual understanding is required always, all in all gives you a very good environment where you can learn a lot.
