- Old Company - Big in India - International Offices present -

- No leaves during probation period - The company has a very strict attendance system. Punch in & Punch out is monitored strictly . - You cant travel from your home town to a customer location and travel back from a customer location to hometown. They will make you travel to your base location even on friday evening because their travel policy is outdated but they wont accept it. - They will ask you to travel on the last minute and will ask you to travel by train or bus because flight tickets are costly. Weird stuff by this company - Increments are like 1%, 2% every year on your CTC even if you are rated as very good. - No one understands the CTC Statement. Its confusing and you will lose money. - Even HR wont tell you what you are eligible for. - They shifted everyone from chennai to coimbatore but now have an office in chennai. no logic is followed. - Sandwich leave policy they follow. so you lose leaves - 100% work from office even if you have all work with people who are not in your location -90 days notice period is strictly followed....Read More

Highly Professional culture with few exceptions who at times shout at people.

Dislikes

The salary part. The increments have been low. There is no clear direction about the future. Your work location keeps changing. Any day you can be shifted from one location to another. The company has been shifting or forcing everyone to shift to Coimbatore Plant and suddenly opened office in Manapakkam Campus.
