Very Poor management, directionless company, no ethics, no policies or procedure in place, company runs on Excel sheet and SAP is used for storing documents, more than 2 years overdue orders, higher attrition rate, HR fools you on many CTC part.

Work Details

Very bad. Have to work 7 days and 24 hours and still nothing gets moving. Someday, Management calls for review meetings at 1am at night and they discuss on corona and other unimportant matters. Basics are wrong here.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
