Freedom of work is one of the best thing in L&T One can find lots of opportunities to develop themselves, can work independently. If any innovative idea comes to someone mind, despite of their cadre, it will be recognised upto the higher level.

Dislikes

There is only one issue in this firm The growth rate is not like that as required If some is getting good appreciation letter even though it took lot of time to get one promotion I am working here from 5 years, but got only one promotion, even though every year i appreciated as the outstanding employee.

On one thing that i can add here as a dislike is about work life balance, as working in infra projects it can not be possible. Leading person of a project i have to have response all situations on war foot basis to avoid future losses. To Manage this my organization providing all those facilities which will help me to manage my work life balance.

Work Culture is good, management takes/consider the every staff's opinion. No Partialities between the staffs at the the implementing policies. Management supports the staffs dedicatedly at personnel as well as professional level.

Here is nothing which i dislike about the working at L&T. Because people come from different cultures/opinions to achieved a common goal, clashes occurs & but i take it normal and channelize the energy positively.

At my Last Project site i've been involved in EOT, PCOD, Descope, Correspondence & Client bill which we've completed & achieved successfully. Additionally i was looking after MIS, various Client reports & reconciliations on day to day basis.
