L&T provides so many opportunity to learning and development of Employee. And we can see some facilities like car scheme, personal health care insurance, ESOP etc., which is provides at L&T only. Job security is very well. L&T seeks talent into employee and offering to do their job which belongs to the talent of the employee. L&T provides good working environment even sites.

Company policies are good. Experienced that in few cases employees are not placed based on their skills but at other places where a particular person lacking skill. May be for their betterment. Work life balance and work culture is very dynamic and depends on where you are placed.

Dislikes

Felt that a bit bureaucratic and have more layers in process. Sometimes difficult to identify whom to approach for a particular problem which is not related to your routine works viz: medical emergency, house rent, etc. Increment (YoY) is almost at per with inflation so, lack real growth unless get promoted.

I've exp. in field works but engaged with contracts, arbitration which I'm not much conversant with, though learning & progressing slowly. Pros: learning something new and cons: unable to capitalize exp.
