1. Work Culture is Good 2. Initiatives for Skill Development and Academic Growth is excellent. 3. Company Polices are excellent and Working Atmosphere is also good. 4. Approach and appreciation by management for any new initiative is really appreciable. 5. Digital Initiatives are really appreciable.

Dislikes

1. Learning and Trainings should be more on Practical topics, In hand Trainings are Required. 2. A session for Stress Management and Work Life Balance should be arranged in every 6 month.

Work Details

I'm working since last 5 years in L&T TI IC, Overall Experience is well enough. I've got several opportunities for my technical and Personal growth. My IS and NS were concerned about my Career, Learning as well as personal ups and Downs.

As site P&M In charge, coordination with Planning team for hiring and de-hiring of M/Cs. Maintenance facilities at site. Allocation of staff duties and training regarding requirement. Planning of maintenance and spares accordingly.
