Nothing is Good full waste of knowledge, skills & dedication for onsite resources.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

Bench policy and notice period policy. CTC is included with variable pay. Instead of affecting the variable paybfuring bench period, LTTS formulated a policy that automatically your job will be terminated after having no project opportunities within 3 months of your bench time. And adding to that if you serve bench time for 3 month the last third month will be a virtual bench which means you are not eligible to get that month salary. A favouritism towards those who the manager likes. Even though they are not part of the billable project, but still receive awards, promotion and nice salary hikes etc. It would be best not to join the ICM team. Your experience and skills are not matter in front of the bully gang. Ultimately, the manager only hears what they have to say and enjoy their worst concepts or ideas.

Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.

No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. There is no cab service for night shifts, I have to book on uber at 0300hrs early morning....Read More

For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.
