Nothing to like about the company. They spoiled our careers.

The worst company ever. They conducted our internship from last week of Jan to 1st week of May after that they send our offer letter after 5 months i.e. September 3rd week. For some of the candidates they didn't sent offer letter also. The company will fire you anytime they want. Even if you are in bond period they will make you resign, First they will move you to bench and after 2 months they start LOP(loss of pay), so you can resign. Sometimes they put you in PIP(personal improvement plan) and after that they will kick you out of the company....Read More

Very comfortable and repititive projects thoughout the company, which are better from a Work life balance perspective and for people looking to settle down and not worry much about job security, but for people who want to grow and learn won't have anything to challenge the skillsets and grow

Dislikes

The culture has a lot of emphasis on Hierarchy, like employees are supposed to address superiors as "sir" or "ma'am", which creates a divide between the teams and hampers the team chemistry. There also is a very strict WFH policy and only employees above a certain grade are allowed to WFH. And Appraisals have always been an issue with little to no impact on monthly in hand salaries. Also the company doesn't have any sick leave system, the employees are provided 24 leaves annually out of which only 12 will be used since the remaining 12 will be carried over to next year. List lambi hai.. 1. No work life balance. 2. No salary Growth. 3. You have to work like a fresher even you have been made project lead. 4. Seniors collegous are too much interested about your personal life. 5. You can't take leaves, properly. 6. Company has given 24 leaves per year, but manager only allows to take 12 in a year.
